Wildlife Wins in 5K Race PDF Print E-mail

Perfect running weather and a great turnout of 91 runners chalked up a victory for Alaska’s wildlife. The Alaska Wildlife Alliance, the only group in Alaska solely dedicated to the protection of Alaska's wildlife, sponsored the Run Wild 5K Fun Run on the morning of Saturday, July 28, 2007. Stephen Kraus, 21, was the men's overall winner with a time of 15:54, and Letitia Luch, 15, was the women's overall winner with a time of 19:04.
