Small Businesses Conservation Coalition

We believe in the power of local communities. Our alliance includes small businesses across Alaska and the United States who donate products, services, and/or a portion of their profits to our wildlife programs. Learn more about the exceptional small businesses that keep our organization alive, and support them to support us! CaliBo Crafts was launched in late 2018 by Kristin Wilkinson, a marine mammal biologist, and her 11 year old daughter, Callie. The purpose of their company is to inspire creativity in others and to bring joy to their customers by creating handmade, one of a kind wall hangings. The wall hangings feature varied species of wildlife, family pets, custom pieces, and other creative designs. Their love for animals and passion for wildlife conservation creates the perfect partnership between CaliBo Crafts and the Alaska Wildlife Alliance. They are particularly passionate about educating the public on how to view wildlife responsibly and increasing awareness about how each one of us can make a difference by changing our daily habits to reduce consumption and waste.

AWA is proud to support this small, family-run business who shares our wildlife conservation ideals!

In the month of February, for EVERY purchase of one of their wall hangings, CaliBo Crafts will donate 10% of the purchase price to AWA to help support our wildlife conservation programs. Their wall hangings are a fun and unique way to show your support for wildlife, and they make great gifts.

We encourage you to learn more about this great new company by following them on Facebook and Instagram (#CaliboCrafts), and to purchase any of their current designs, or even submit a custom design, via their Etsy Page. While there, be sure to check out their six new wildlife designs they created as part of their Alaska Special Series created specially for AWA!
